Kids friendly. The kids loved every bit of it

Probably one of the best children friendly hotel we stayed in in Portugal. Might be busy in the summer, but we love it outside the season! (We went last year in November as well and we loved it). The “family room” meant 2 normal/double bed rooms with a door in the middle! Which was fantastic, but not clearly described when booked! The staff was friendly and relaxed. We also had a family ticket to the indoor waterpark included in the booking for 2 nights (a nice surprise, I didn’t see this info when booked!). The indoor waterpark is great for kids, plus, it is THE ONLY INDOOR WATERPARK in Portugal and Spain, as far as I know… We were happy to be almost alone there, but also sad about the “low” marketing of the place.

Superb hotel. Breakfast had a range of choices for all the family. We had an evening meal on two occasions also . This was also very good with lots of choices. The room was comfortable and clean and modern. The pools were well maintained and ideal for families of all ages. Staff across the hotel were welcoming, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble when you needed anything.

the promotion to use the indoor water park which was great for kids and adults. the game room was good and also the play area. the bar has good variety of food also

Absolutely made up with our 5 days at Aquashow Hotel. It met my expectations and was good value for money for what we paid especially given we had access to the Aquashow Indoor. The staff were especially helpful and friendly and catered for our needs.

Spotless! Fantastic, friendly staff particularly at the reception desk and pool side bar. Highly recommend the pool side massage. Free access to the Water Park is brilliant!

We could not fault the hotel, staff, or standards, all were fantastic. The only thing to consider is the location as it is too far from town to walk and limited footpaths on busy roads for safe walking. Need a taxi every time you leave the hotel. Even then, taxi services were amazing with great restaurant recommendations and prompt service

A truly great hotel made so by the access to the water park, the pools but most importantly the STAFF.. special props to the guys at the bar, Michael and his collueges on reception .. the only things that let down was the rock hard beds.. I should of said something g and maybe a topper could of been provided, but wow they are so hard.. I’m now in a 5 star hotel on other side of the island and they sent much softer so maybe it’s just a thing out here..
